Users
General

In order to provide services to its Users, Axle IT collects certain types of data from them. This section will describe how User data is collected and used by Axle IT.

During a User’s registration and later on Axle IT’s platform, they provide information such as name, company name, title, email, address, telephone, and other relevant data. This information is used by Axle IT to identify the User and provide them with support, services, mailings, sales and marketing actions, billing and to meet contractual obligations.

Axle IT Users can at any time access and edit, update or delete their contact details by logging in with their username and password to Axle IT’s platform.

Axle IT Users on certain plans may create more Users with different privilege levels within their account. These Users are identified as Subaccounts. It is the responsibility of the User that creates Subaccount User accounts to choose the level of access each User should have. Once these new Users log into Axle IT, they meet the definition of a User in this policy.

Axle IT will not retain User data longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations.

The security of our customer payment information

Axle IT complies with the PCI standards. We use HTTPS and other security best practices to ensure that all our customer's information is handled safely for each transaction. We use https://stripe.com as our payment processor and all privacy matters are guaranteed under their privacy policy. We do not store credit card numbers in our systems.

Choosing Not to Provide, Accessing and Updating your Information

The Website allows you to choose not to provide personally identifiable information. However, if you opt not to disclose information to us, you may not be able to take advantage of certain features of the Website.

Customers may view and change their personally identifiable information by logging into their password-protected account.
